You may exchange an item within thirty days of receipt; provided it has not been worn – with the exception of trying it on – or it has not otherwise been used. See our return policy below if you are returning the item for a refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. Your payment method will be charged when your order ships.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Typically, processing and shipment takes place within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order? There is a problem with my order what do I do?

We aren’t able to make any changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at info@bibilicallycorrect.biz and be sure to reference your order number.

You may return new and unopened items within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or a defective item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We go to work immediately once we receive your return; however, the transit time for us to receive it from your shipper and then processing it through your bank could take up to twenty business days.

We’ll notify you by e-mail when we receive your returned item and where we are in expediting your refund.
